We don’t tame the elements that go into Highland Park single malt Scotch whisky – that would be far too easy – instead we bring together the natural and often contradictory influences of our environment, here in the Orkney Islands, into a wild harmony of perfect contrasts.

This evening will be held in the Club Room, hosted by Joseph Ellis, a Whisky specialist, who will guide you through the Whisky pairings.  
 
£60 per guest, arrive for 7pm.
