Once a month, we roll up our sleeves and do things the old-school way: one half of a Suffolk cow, prepared in house and showcased across a menu of premium beef cuts.

​

No two Fridays are the same. Think ribeye, sirloin, picanha and the rest - it’s traditional butchery, turned into a full-on feast served simply, with great wine.

​

Featured cuts may include a selection such as ribeye, sirloin, fillet, sharing steaks, and specialty options like picanha, rump cap, pave, and roasted bone marrow.
